All Personal Change Sessions are solution focussed using suggestion and analytical therapy as required by you.
SUGGESTION THERAPY (1 - 3 SESSIONS)
The focus is on giving positive suggestions straight to the
subconscious mind allowing you to retrain the current thought
patterns in a more positive way.
ANALYTICALTHERAPY ( 4 - 12 SESSIONS)
The focus is on finding the root cause of the problem or symptom
and removing it. Thus giving you lasting release from it.
There are two analytical therapies available-
Brief - This lasts for 4 sessions
Full - This lasts for between 6 and 12 sessions
