Q:What is Hypnosis?
A: It is a state of guided relaxation. In this state of heightened awareness, positive suggestions easily and naturally achieve positive goals. It is a natural state and is non-addictive. It is one of the safest forms of therapy.

Q: Will I remain aware?
A: Yes. Most people say " I heard everything and I could have opened my eyes at any time but did not bother".

Q: What does it feel like?
A: There is no one feeling to describe being hypnotised, but you will feel mentally and physically relaxed and enjoy your own personal experience on this inner adventure.

Q: Who can be helped by hypnotherapy?
A: Hypnotherapy is not just for those who are suffering from problems. Everyday upsets and worries can be debilitating and eventually can cause stress. Hypnotherapy can be a very useful tool in helping you to handle this.

Q: Are drugs or tablets used?
A:  No.

Q: How many vists will I need?
A: This really depends on the individual and the issues involved. Some problems can be resolved in one to three sessions e.g.smoking,weight control, nail biting. Other problems that require analysis to get to the root cause of the nervous disorder may require up to 12 sessions.
 
Q:How long do the Personal Change Sessions last?
A: Personal Change Sessions tend to last between 50 minutes and one hour.Stop Smoking sessions may take a little longer.
